Thank goodness the NBA season is here--
otherwise ESPN would have been filled with mullets and "oots" and "aboots."
(no offense, Barry)

Here are my top 5 teams for the Eastern and Western Conference for this season.
(you'll learn that all my predictions are based on zero knowledge and are entirely premature)
As I was saying......
Eastern Conference Western Conference
1. Miami Heat 1. Oklahoma City Thunder
2. Chicago Bulls 2. Dallas Mavericks
3. Boston Celtics 3. San Antonio Spurs
4. New York Knicks 4. L.A. Lakers
5. Orlando Magic 5. L.A. Clippers
Things to expect:
--Tons of highlights from the Clippers
--Superman Dwight Howard to not be in Orlando come March
--Talk about firing new Laker head coach Mike Brown
--Wizards lose 40+ games (66 game season)
I can't wait for when my Heat win 60 games this year and silence all the critics. They looked nasty on opening day! Also, my Jimmer prediction of 6 points or less has held strong through the first game haha....rooting for the kid, but rooting for him to only average 6 or less ppg this season! Great rankings though, although I think the Clips are gonna be up the 3 spot here...also, watch out for the Blazers, they will be tough.
ReplyDeleteAlso, props on the Christmas day post! Even while vacationing in the islands....doin work son! Oh, and one more thing, had to go with "other" in the best pg poll, RICKY RUBIO baby hahah! Diaper Dandy Baby! You see that dudes passes yesterday? Nasty!
ReplyDeleteYou are way too optimistic on the Lakers' chances this season. They not only failed to get Chris Paul in the preseason, but they made other moves ( ie Lamar Odom) that made them less formidable as an opponent; and Kobe's divorce isn't going to help any this season, either. Mark my word, the Clippers will (for once) be THE LA team to watch this season - not the Lakers - so any list should have the Clippers ranked higher this season than the Lakers.
